Born from Experience — Built for Resilience.

A team forged through service—military, medical, and mental health—committed to transforming how we build resiliency, track wellness, and optimize performance.

A Team Fueled by Service and Science

INVI Mindhealth was founded at the University of Oxford and includes veterans, clinicians, scientists and law enforcement professionals united by a shared mission: make the invisible visible—early and proactively by bridging the gap between unseen mental challenges and personalized support. Our leadership includes:

Jonathan Wilson

Jonathan Wilson

CEO and Founder

Jonathan is a veteran Navy SEAL who deployed to numerous locations including Iraq, Afghanistan, South America, and Africa. After more than 15 years of service, he transitioned into financial services as an Equity Trader at Goldman Sachs in New York. During this time, he recognized the challenges many of his teammates faced when leaving the military and co-founded the SEAL Future Foundation, which has since supported thousands of Navy SEALs in their transition to civilian life.

Following his role at Goldman Sachs, he joined Capital Group, one of the world’s leading investment management firms. Jonathan earned his MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, where he refined the strategic vision that now drives his leadership of INVI Mindhealth.
